FIX8 Terms of Service
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced within them, set out the terms under which FIX8 Car Care supplies products to you. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.
These terms are designed to protect both you and FIX8, ensuring transparency, security and compliance with your consumer rights.
1. Ownership of Goods
All goods supplied by FIX8 remain the property of FIX8 Car Care until full payment has been received and cleared.
2. Returns
Products may be returned for a refund, exchange or credit subject to the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused and returned in a re-saleable condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included materials
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
If goods purchased as part of a promotional offer are returned and the remaining order value falls below the promotion threshold, any complimentary promotional items must also be returned.

3. Faulty or Defective Products
If a product develops a fault, you must notify FIX8 as soon as reasonably possible.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Products are covered by a six-month warranty from the date of purchase
- Consumable items (including but not limited to microfibre towels, wash mitts, brushes and similar wear items) are covered for three months from the purchase date
All warranty claims require valid proof of purchase such as an order confirmation, invoice or order reference number.
Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage or normal wear and tear.
4. Order Issues and Discrepancies
Any missing items, incorrect products or order discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of delivery. FIX8 cannot guarantee resolution of issues reported outside of this timeframe.
5. Liability for Ordering Errors
FIX8 is not responsible for additional costs or losses resulting from products ordered incorrectly by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are accurate prior to checkout.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly using trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery options and costs are shown at checkout.
Orders placed before daily dispatch cut-off times may be shipped the same working day. Orders placed after this time will normally be dispatched on the next working day.
Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative, backorder or refund.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, promotions or due to courier delays.
7. Ordering and Pricing
Orders may be placed through our website, authorised sales channels or by telephone where available.
While we make every effort to ensure pricing and product information is accurate, FIX8 reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies or product description mistakes. Up-to-date pricing is always displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
8. Payment Methods
FIX8 accepts major credit and debit cards along with selected online payment providers. All transactions are processed securely through authorised payment processors.
Bank transfer payments may be accepted by prior arrangement.
9. Promotions and Special Offers
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, codes or loyalty offers
- Offers are valid only for the advertised duration
- Promotional products are available while stocks last
- Gift vouchers and training or event services are excluded from promotions unless specifically stated
- Discounts apply to product subtotal values before shipping charges
During high-demand promotional periods, dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual.
10. Marketing and SMS Communications
By opting into FIX8 marketing communications, you agree to receive updates relating to orders, promotions and customer feedback requests via email or SMS.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:
- Using unsubscribe links in marketing emails
- Following opt-out instructions in SMS messages
- Contacting FIX8 customer support
- Standard network messaging rates may apply depending on your mobile provider.

11. Website Use and Security
Customers agree to use the FIX8 website lawfully and not engage in activity that may damage, disrupt or compromise the website or its security.
We take appropriate measures to protect customer data and maintain secure online transactions.
12. Limitation of Liability
FIX8 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.
Nothing within these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

FIX8 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website or services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
