FIX8 Returns & Refunds
At FIX8, we take pride in our products and want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make the returns process as simple as possible.
Returning an Item
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in a resalable condition, and returned in their original packaging along with any accessories, inserts, or promotional materials supplied with the product. If your order included a complimentary item as part of a promotional offer, this must also be returned if returning items causes the order value to fall below the qualifying promotion amount.
Arranging Your Return
We offer a convenient return service through DHL. To arrange this:
- Complete the FIX8 returns form.
- Package your item securely.
- Drop the parcel off at your nearest authorised DHL drop-off point.
Once your parcel has been handed over to DHL, the return will be processed by our team.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, contains a fault, or you have received the wrong item, contact us straight away with details and, where possible, photographs of the issue. This allows us to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently.
Refund Processing
After your returned item arrives with us, it will be inspected by our team. We will then confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method, typically within five working days. Please be aware that payment providers and banks may require additional time to process the refund once it has been issued.
If you have not received your refund within 15 working days of approval, please contact us and we will investigate this for you.
